What is the purpose of the coaching program?
The program provides educational guidance, practical instruction, and coaching on residential remodeling, planning, estimating, budgeting, sequencing, and contractor communication to help you make informed decisions.
What is your refund policy for coaching & advisory?
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase provided no coaching session or document review has been completed or attended. Once a session or review is conducted, refunds are not available.
What are STCA's boundaries as an educational company?
STCA does not act as your general contractor, architect, engineer, inspector, or attorney. We do not perform work, supervise crews, prepare plans, pull permits, or guarantee contractor performance.
What is the rescheduling policy for sessions?
Scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are considered completed sessions.
What is included in Document Reviews (BuildCheck™)?
Document reviews are educational reviews of bids, scope, contracts, and payment schedules to help you understand them. STCA does not verify price accuracy, guarantee legal enforceability, or confirm code compliance.
What happens in case of payment concerns or disputes?
