Your results depend on many factors outside STCA's control, including project complexity, local market conditions, contractor performance, and your implementation of the educational materials.

5. Digital Product Access

All products sold by Smart Tools Construction Academy are digital download products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Your purchase provides access to downloadable digital educational materials, including guides, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other digital resources.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the materials solely for your own personal educational purposes.

You may not:

Due to the nature of digital product, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once digital file have been downloaded.

However, STCA may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:
